The Abbey Springs Yacht Club was founded in 1965 and is place for boaters and friends to come together and enjoy life at the lake. A variety of recreational activities are available including tennis and pickle ball courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, and bocce ball.
For those teeing off, the Abbey Springs 18-hole golf course boasts a 4-star rating from Golf Digest. Originally designed by Ken Killian and Dick Nugent in 1970, the course was renovated by Mike Schulz in 2012. League golf and lessons cater to all ages and skill levels.
