Exterior Inspections
During our comprehensive exterior inspections, we ensure that all entrances are secure and conduct visual checks for evidence of forced entry, vandalism, theft, or damage. We also inspect outside faucets and hoses for leaks and remove any non-occupancy evidence such as newspapers, flyers, or packages. Our inspections cover a visual assessment of the roof, gutters, and yard/landscaping to ensure regular maintenance, along with verifying the accuracy of the irrigation clock/system.
Interior Inspections
